Travel to City Airport 4th September

Unfortunately the DLR to City Airport is closed for engineering works on Saturday 4th.......

BUT

You can get to Canning Town rail/tube/bus station via the Jubilee line

and then join us on  our special open-top bus which will be at Canning Town from 10.30 am to 10.45 am to pick people up for a special open-top service direct to the airport. The bus will be situated in the layby on the main road (Silvertown Way) outside the station at Canning Town alongside the bus station. The Street View Map of the layby is here.

But if you miss that, no worries, just take "Route Replacement Service A" from bus stand 'D' just outside the station. It leaves around every 7 minutes and should take about 13 minutes to get to City Airport. 

The Jubilee line can be picked up at Stratford, London Bridge, Waterloo etc, (although it isn't running between Stanmore and Waterloo this weekend.)

Other alternatives include buses 473 or 474 from North Woolwich (accessible from South Woolwich via foot tunnel), or 473 from Stratford straight to the airport.
